Shipping Information

When We Ship (Batch Dispatch) Local Roots is a monthly subscription experience. To ensure freshness and coordinated tasting, we ship all boxes in a single batch.

• Dispatch Date: All boxes are dispatched in the last week of every month.

• Cut-off Date: If you sign up after the 7th, your first box will be the following month’s edition.

Delivery Times Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

• Major Centers (JHB, CT, DBN): 2–4 business days.

• Regional/Remote Areas: 3–5 business days.

Courier Partners We use trusted local couriers (e.g., The Courier Guy, Fastway) to deliver your goods. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your box leaves our facility.

Undelivered Packages Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at your address during business hours. You also have the option to choose a Locker near you (which you need to fetch within 2 days). If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or inability to deliver after multiple attempts, a re-delivery fee of R100 may apply.
